In order to ensure that we send you to sleep in the evening and wake you up in the morning (rather than the opposite!) we encourage the listener to take a moment to read the instructions that are relevant to the type of electronic device they will be using

SLEEP:
Put away those sleeping pills!

a) CD Player/ Alarm Clock

Play Track 4 (Sleep), close your eyes and follow the instructions until you fall asleep.

b) MP3 Player

Import all tracks, with track names, to your MP3 player.   Create a new playlist named 'Sleep' and copy Track 4 (Sleep) to the playlist. When ready for bed, select the 'Sleep' playlist and follow the instructions until you fall asleep.

AWAKE:
Time to throw away that alarm...

a) CD Player/Alarm Clock

Set your alarm to play Track   1 (Awake) at your preferred wake-up time. Set the volume to your desired level (be careful not to set it too loud!).

b) MP 3 Player

Import all tracks, with track names, to your MP3 player. Create a new playlist named 'Awake' and copy Track 1 (Awake) to the playlist. Set the alarm on your MP3 player to play the "Awake" playlist at your desired wake-up time.
